| What's New? TMV Signs Amendment to Bozzuto Agreement Towson Manor Village signed an amendment to the covenant agreement with Bozzuto Homes for the development to be built on 10 acres of property on the western end of the community. Check out the revised plans on the Development page. TMV Pilots Two New Projects to Address Student Issues Towson Manor Village is serving as a pilot site for two new programs that the Greater Towson Council of Community Associations (GTCCA) has developed with Towson University. Check out the News page for more information. TMV Elects Board Members Members of Towson Manor Village Community Association re-elected Thomas Hanson (thanson2@bcps.org) as President at its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Also re-elected were: Michael Gerding, Vice President for Zoning & Planning (michael@sandersdesigns.com) Blair Melvin, Treasurer (blair_k_melvin@yahoo.com) Kristen Gerding, Secretary (kristen@towsonmanorvillage.org) The Vice President for Membership position is vacant. Our thanks to Jen Silberzahn, who served in this capacity for the past year. Please contact Thomas Hanson if you are interested in serving in this position. Your Community Association
Towson Manor Village Community Association was incorporated as The Towson
Manor Improvement Association, Inc. in 1950 by community residents. The name was
changed to Towson Manor Village, Inc. in 1981. Today, the Association seeks to
protect the residential character of the community, promote the safety and beauty of our
neighborhood, and maintain a sense of community among our residents. This is
accomplished through zoning and code enforcement, crime prevention and community
clean-up efforts, communication and social activities. We are entirely volunteer-driven
and are only as strong as our residents are involved. We encourage you to become an
active member of your community association, attend association meetings, and get
involved in community events and activities. Check back often to remain up-to-date on
community news.

| Santa's Coming to TMV! Santa will visit Towson Manor Village, courtesy of the Lutherville Volunteer Fire Department, on Tuesday, December 15, 2009. He is scheduled to arrive at Aigburth and E. Susquehanna Avenues at approximately 6:00 p.m. and will ride through the neighborhood. Listen for the fire engine siren! |
| TMV Holiday Party - Saturday, December 12! The Towson Manor Village Holiday Party will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 5-8 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church, 40 E. Burke Avenue.
