Board of Directors
Towson Manor Village Community Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors.
Board members are elected to one-year terms by the dues-paying members of the Association at the
Annual Meeting held in June of each year. Current officers are listed in the box to the left.
The Board meets monthly, except in August and December. Quarterly membership meetings are
held in March, June and September. All meetings are open to members of Towson Manor Village
Community Association. See the newsletter for meeting dates and locations.
What Your Community Association Does for You?
Towson Manor Village Community Association provides the following services to members:
- Welcome Packet with membership information and important information about our
neighborhood, county government services, etc.
- Assistance with zoning issues and code enforcement violations.
- Representation on the Greater Towson Council of Community Associations.
- Representation at zoning hearings and administrative hearings to protect our community's
interests and the residential character of our neighborhood.
- Social activities for the children and families of Towson Manor Village.
- Citizens on Patrol (COP), promoting safety and preventing crime in our neighborhood.
Committees
Several committees carry out the work of the Association. New members are always needed to serve
on our committees. Our current committees include:
- Social -- plans and carries out social events for community residents. Past events have
included Easter Egg Hunts, picnics at the park, Halloween parades, holiday parties, and
house-decorating contests. To learn more about this committee, please contact Thomas

- Safety -- responsible for coordinating our Citizens on Patrol (C.O.P.) program, maintaining
contact with law enforcement, and otherwise promoting safety and preventing crime in our
community. To volunteer for our C.O.P. program, please contact Broc Silberzahn at (410) 823-
0324 or Broc.Silberzahn@educate.com.
- Membership -- responsible for welcoming new residents to the neighborhood and delivering
TMV Welcome Packets. Coordinates annual membership drive in March/April and prepares
membership directory. To join the Association or to help with this committee, please contact

- Newsletter - responsible for writing and distributing the monthly newsletter. To assist with the
newsletter, or to share news or advertise in the newsletter, contact Jen Silberzahn at (410) 823-
0324 or jsilberzahn@kaig.com.
- Zoning -- acts on behalf of TMV to protect the residential character and quality of life in our
community through zoning and code enforcement. Represents the association in proposing
and/or responding to zoning changes and provides information to members. Assists
members in addressing code enforcement and zoning violations. If you need assistance with
zoning or code enforcement violations or if you would like to volunteer for this committee,
