Here is the proposed slate of officers to be elected at the Annual Meeting, and a little about each of them. The link to vote online is available below the bios:

  • President:  Sara Judd

Hello there, I'm Sara Judd and I've had the pleasure of calling Wilden Drive my home for the past eight years. I’ve previously served as President and seek to continue in this role to help our community grow. In the past year, our board has helped pass legislature to protect our homes from becoming an investor-dominated market and this coming year, I will focus on seeing that this legislature is actually working for us as neighbors. I will continue to seek community input to ensure all voices are accounted for when it comes to these substantial changes.

  • Vice President:  Brendan Medairy

I’ve lived in Towson Manor Village my whole life and aim to preserve the character of the neighborhood that I’ve come to know and love. My focus will be on assisting with Code Enforcement violations as well as collaborating with the ReTree program to strengthen our green spaces, especially on streets that had old growth removed.

  • Vice President, Zoning & Planning:  Lee Medairy

As a long-term resident and homeowner in Towson Manor Village, I feel that I’m best suited for this position.  We need to keep up with code enforcement so that we can have the family community we all desire. Seeing how all have been enjoying the Towson Manor Park I would like to see some improvements there. Lighting, more trash receptacles, and trees.

Hopefully, we can work together with the university with the students in our community. With that said, I hope to look forward to working with the new people on our board.

  • Treasurer:  Justin Levy

My name is Justin Levy and I reside on Wilden Dr. with my wife Emily and dog Rigby. I am seeking re-election as VP of Membership to build upon my successful track record of organizing community events. I believe that increased event offerings foster greater community engagement, leading to growth in membership and ultimately, increased resources for larger, more impactful events in our community.

In addition to our already well-attended movie nights, chili cookoff, and Easter Egg hunt, I aim to expand our event calendar to include Orioles games, Ravens tailgates, and music showcases in the upcoming year. These additions will enrich our community and foster our growth.

  • Recording Secretary:  Barbara Argyros

I love Towson, it has always been my community. I was raised, went to school and now work in Towson. I've been specifically in Towson Manor Village for the last 4 years. My goal is to be a bridge of communication between TU and TMV. Any information I learn from being a TU employee, if it pertains to TMV, I plan to be transparent about it. Neighborhood safety is a priority of mine, I support the board's efforts to gather knowledge on the rentals, to enforce code and to meet regularly with TU (big thanks to Renee for this!).

I am inspired by the work the board does regarding pest control, family events and dumpster day. I have ideas such as networking with Towson Torch, Towson Chamber of Commence and the 'Towson Police and Community Relations Council' to stay very current on Towson events, news, new restaurants, etc.  Thank you for your consideration.

Only members who are up to date on their dues are eligible to vote.
